A photo spot that looks great on a bicycle!

At the accommodation facility “Marine Hotel Hamanasu” in Kakizaki-Ward, Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture.  A rest stop “Cycling Station” has been opened for cycling enthusiasts.

The bicycle parking stand is in front of the hotel (for 10 bicycles)

A cycling station has opened on the Marine Hotel Hamanasu grounds.  There is a stand that can hold 10 bicycles, and also a free to use inflator.  You can also use the restrooms, and receive water and ice at the hotel.

 

Take a commemorative photo with your bicycle with the Sea of Japan in the background

This is a photo spot that has been opened so you can enjoy taking a commemorative photo with your bicycle, with the Sea of Japan in the background.  The hotel offers two dedicated stands for bicycles.

 

Marine Hotel Hamanasu is a hot spring hotel located on Jogehama beach in Kakizaki Ward.  It is adjacent to the coast, and you can enjoy a location with a panoramic view of the Sea of Japan.

Yasuhiko Tachibana, the general manager of the hotel, said, “Recently, we have seen many people who enjoy riding bicycles along Route 8, and we have prepared facilities for them.  When you visit, please use the restaurant Kaigetsu, which boasts seafood dishes. Please also enjoy taking a bath.”
