1.Characteristics of slopes and courses

Located in Sekiyama, Myoko City, Niigata Prefecture, the ski area stretches right in front of the “Kyukamura Myoko” lodging facility.

The wide, gently sloping beginner course is especially recommended for families with children and beginners who have just started skiing. It is less crowded and can be enjoyed as if it were a private slope.

The longest run is 900 meters, the maximum slope is 16 degrees, and the average slope is a gentle 10 degrees, making it the best feature of this ski area, where anyone can ski with ease.

Ski, snowboard, and clothing rentals are available, so you can come empty-handed. In an area where active play can be done safely, tubing and sledding are available to help children make their debut on the slopes.

Children can make their debut on the slopes in peace at the Runrun Kids Park, which opened in front of the vacation village in 2022. You can also aim for photo opportunities.

Open on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays during the season. The fee for children is 500 yen per day, and accompanying adults can use the facility free of charge.
