About 25 minutes by car from downtown Nagano, the Iizuna Resort Ski Area is located in Iizuna-machi, Kamiizunai-gun, Nagano Prefecture.

Despite its compact size, this ski resort offers a wide variety of courses for both beginners and advanced skiers, including a 2500 meter long course, a natural snow powder course, and a 100 meter wide flat run.(Beginner 40%, Intermediate 40%, Advanced 20%)。
Night skiing is also available.Skiing while gazing at the glowing night view and fantastic scenery illuminated by lights is inevitably impressive.From 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., you can enjoy a full four hours of fun.
In addition, there is a 70-meter-long moving walkway in the Kid’s Park area, which is recommended for family snow play, and sledding can be enjoyed to the fullest.

The restaurant “Polar Bear” in Plaza Aurora, located near the Kids Park, offers a menu featuring specialty apples and a wide variety of gourmet foods to enjoy in Iizuna Town.
Our recommendation is the “Yaki Curry. It is moderately spicy and filled with vegetables such as shimeji mushrooms, bell peppers, and broccoli.
