Take Route 253 towards Matsunoyama Onsen at the Ikejiri intersection and drive 25 minutes.
This campground is located in Matsunoyama, Tokamachi City, 700 meters above sea level in the middle of Amamizuyama, Daigonji Kogen.

It was renovated and reopened in 2018 in cooperation with the outdoor manufacturer Snow Peak in Sanjo.
As an outdoor field where Tokamachi City’s nature can be fully enjoyed, this campground is appreciated by outdoor enthusiasts in and outside of the prefecture.

The facility is equipped with lodging facilities such as cottages, bungalows, and indoor camping sites, in addition to tent sites with space for up to 60 or more tents.

The distance from the parking lot to the tent sites is about 50 to 100 meters. The tent sites are divided into seven areas from A to G, each offering different situations for lodging and day camping.

There are both areas where cars can and cannot be laid down at the camp site.
Location cannot be specified, and priority will be given to those who check in early to choose a location.

A short distance from the camp site are two cottages with indoor facilities including cooking utensils, refrigerator, and gas stove.
You can drive up to the cottage.

In addition, there are three bungalows (no vehicles allowed), so you can easily enjoy the outdoors and stay overnight according to your style.

In addition, at the indoor facility, Camp House “Bird Gaden,” visitors can stay in tents pitched indoors or in private rooms.
rom beginners to seasoned campers, users can choose from a variety of lodging options to suit their preferred style.

Of course, we also have a wide range of rental items.
The extensive lineup includes not only tents and tarps, but also bedding, furniture, lighting, BBQs, fire supplies, gas supplies, cooking supplies, cutlery, and more.
As long as you bring your own food, you can enjoy camping right away.

This campground offers a wide range of activities to enjoy the natural beauty of the Daigonji Highlands.
Canoeing (kayaking), SUP, and fishing can be enjoyed at the pond in the campground, as well as trekking and cycling.
Of course, equipment rentals are also available.
Advance reservations are required for the trial school.

The center house “Hope Pavilion” in the campground is equipped with a store, restaurant, and shower rooms in addition to the reception counter.

The restaurant serves locally popular ramen noodles and other dishes, and the multipurpose space on the second floor is open to the public as a “camp café.
Free Wi-Fi is available, so it will be appreciated as a working space.
